How it works

  1. 1

    Pick a counsellor and time

Browse available support and choose a time that works for you.

  2. 2

    Save your private access code

We show it once. It is never stored in a readable form and cannot be recovered.

  3. 3

    Join your session

Return with your code. No account, inbox or personal profile is needed.

Privacy is the product

We cannot reveal details we never collect.

There are no client names, email addresses, phone numbers or accounts in Anon-C. Your access code is transformed into a one-way hash before it is stored. The readable code is shown only to you, once.

Frequently asked questions

Is Anon-C really anonymous?

Yes. We do not ask for or store your name, email address or phone number. Your private access code is the only way to return to your booking.

What happens if I lose my access code?

It cannot be recovered because we never store the readable code. You will need to make a new booking if a suitable time is available.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions offered through this service are free or low-cost. The booking summary will always make the arrangement clear before you confirm.

How long is a counselling session?

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes. Your booking confirmation shows both the start and end time so you can plan ahead.

Can I cancel without an account?

Yes. Open Manage your booking and enter your private access code. Cancelling releases the time for someone else.

What should I do in a crisis?

Anon-C is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. You can also call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Where will the session happen?

Sessions are conducted using a private meeting link arranged by The Break. You can join with your camera off and use a pseudonym.
